- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May I just say that I have been trying for SEVEN months to get this credit union to send me a paper statement. After getting kicked out continously from online banking, I went in August 2016 and asked for a paper statement. I have gone in every month since then asking the same thing. Each time I am told " we have it fixed". Wrong!! Still no paper statement. If not for the many direct deposits and direct withdrawals I have with the bank, I would not still be here. Monday I will make yet another visit to pick up my statement bc they can't get it right. Thinking of asking them for $2 for gas money, as that is what they charge for paper statements.By Melissa Hungate, July 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The only reason I am giving four stars is because of the situation. So on the fourth of july, my account was hacked into and all of my savings and credit account were drained by an online company called CNDirect. The bank told me it would take two weeks to get my money back, and I got it back today. I am so blessed that they got it handled this quick, and that they called me to let me know. The heart attack of being broke for two weeks was the only thing I worried so much about.By Kaylin Gordon, December 20, 2016
