- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called for information regarding an appt with a claims adjuster and they could not help wanted a claim number insureds name etc..... today is 1/28/16. I was hit at 8 am December 31st at a stop sign of all places....... The only person less helpful than the allstate agent was the claims adjuster at my insurance company. If you deal with shelter insurance tell them you do not want Scott Mcneese. I'm really disappointed they really dropped the ball.By babygirl080380, October 10, 2016
