- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. The man I spoke with was very short with me a s well as rude. I will never use this place again! I'd rather make the drive to Jacksonville pawn shop than go here and it's LITERALLY only a quarter mile from our house. I understand that the customers have to come to you in this line of work but customer service goes a LONG WAY in my book. Whether you like it or not the only reason you are still in business is BECAUSE of your customers, so a just a little kindness or just a little please and thank you can be the difference between a good and bad experience. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Lost 1 star for customer service. Not the friendliest people in the world, but it's a pawn shop. Stop bashing them. I've pawned with them several times and I've never been janked around or had any of my things lost/broken. As long as you handle your business they handle theirs, and that's pretty much all you can ask for. If you want someone to spoon you and stroke your hair, get a girlfriend.
